Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to us. This document explains which personal data we process through the website ysmanzel.sk, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

Controller

The controller of personal data is AUTOSGM s.r.o., registered office Martinská 2, Bratislava, Slovak Republic, company ID (IČO): 44 101 384, tax ID (DIČ): 2022701263, VAT ID (IČ DPH): SK2022701263, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert no. 54367/B, phone +421 944 373 505, e-mail info@ysmanzel.sk (the “controller”). YS Manžel is a trade name for services operated by AUTOSGM s.r.o..

What data we process

Through the contact form, phone, WhatsApp messages and e-mail we process:

• first name and surname,
• phone number,
• e-mail address,
• address or district where the job is to be done,
• description of the problem or requested service,
• any photos you attach to your request,
• technical data on the origin of the request (e.g. the page from which you sent it and the ad campaign identifier if you came from an ad).

Legal basis

We process data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — it is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and to perform the contract for work. We keep accounting records under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation). We protect the form against abuse (spam) based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Purpose

The purpose is to prepare an indicative price, schedule an appointment, communicate with people interested in our services, provide the service and issue accounting documents.

Retention period

We keep contact data for 2 years after the last contact. Accounting records are kept for 10 years in accordance with Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting. After these periods the data is securely deleted.

Recipients

Your data is processed primarily by us as the controller. We use the following processors:

• Zoho Mail — mailbox hosting,
• Resend — sending e-mails from the contact form (request and automatic reply),
• WhatsApp / Meta — receiving and sending messages,
• Vercel — website hosting,
• Cloudflare (Turnstile) — protecting the form against automated spam,
• Telegram — internal notification about a new request (if enabled),
• Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — only if you have consented to analytics or marketing cookies,
• Our employees and contractors — people performing the service, to whom we pass the data necessary to do the job (name, phone, address, job description).

Transfers to third countries

Some processors (Meta, Google, Cloudflare, Vercel, Resend) may process data outside the EU. Such transfers are safeguarded by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• rectification of inaccurate or completion of incomplete data,
• erasure (“right to be forgotten”),
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR or Act No. 18/2018 Coll., you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
