This page explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on ysmanzel.sk and how you can manage your consent.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Data in browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) works in a similar way. They remember your preferences and help the website work better.
Which cookies we use
- Necessary — storing your choice in the cookie banner (localStorage) and protecting the form against spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). They do not require consent.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 measures traffic and how the website is used. The data is pseudonymised.
- Marketing — Google Ads measures conversions (phone click, WhatsApp click, form submission). This category also covers storing information about the ad you came from (utm, gclid parameters) for the duration of the visit (sessionStorage).
Purpose of each category
Necessary — your cookie banner choice is stored in the browser storage (localStorage). When you fill in the form, Cloudflare Turnstile may use necessary technical data to verify that you are not a robot.
We store ad information (utm, gclid) and send it with your form message only if you have consented to marketing cookies.
We use Google tools in Google Consent Mode v2 (advanced). Until you consent, Google does not store cookies but may receive anonymous cookieless signals. After you consent, the setting changes only for the categories you allowed.

We keep data in Google Analytics 4 for 2 months.
How to manage consent
You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the website footer, or by deleting the site data in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
Retention
We keep your cookie banner choice for 12 months. After that we will ask for your consent again on your next visit.
Third parties
Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) and Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). Data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
