What we do
- Laying floating floors (laminate, vinyl) including underlay
- Replacing and repairing damaged boards
- Fitting skirting boards and threshold strips
- Removing the old floor and preparing the subfloor (no concrete work)
We lay laminate and floating floors in flats and houses. Before laying, we check the subfloor, lay the underlay and finish the floor with skirting boards and threshold strips.
We install vinyl flooring (click vinyl) the same way as laminate – as a floating floor on underlay. If only a few boards are damaged, we replace just those without relaying the whole room.
We can remove the old floor and prepare the subfloor. We don't do concrete work, levelling screeds or glued floors. Send a photo of the room and its area in m² via WhatsApp and we'll tell you what can be done.

How much does laminate installation cost?
Laying a floating floor costs from €10 per m² incl. VAT, skirting boards from €3 per linear metre incl. VAT. We agree on the final price in advance, based on the area and the condition of the subfloor.
Do you also lay vinyl flooring?
Yes, we lay click vinyl as a floating floor on underlay, the same way as laminate. We don't do glued vinyl.
Do I need to buy the flooring and underlay in advance?
You can buy the flooring, underlay and skirting yourself, or we'll advise you on what and how much to buy. Send us the area of the room in m².
Can you replace just a few damaged boards?
Yes. With a floating floor we can replace individual boards if you have the same type of flooring. Replacing boards costs from €30 incl. VAT.
